The client approached us for this project, as they had seen the quality of our work on a couple of other projects. They already owned a plot of land and had planning permission to build on it.

After discussion with the client, we agreed on a new build project that would give them the high standard of living they desired.

We completed this project from start to finish, including groundworks, drainage and foundations. We communicated with the client at every stage of the building process, keeping them informed of the progress we had made. This constant communication also allowed us to quickly inform the clients when decisions had to be made.

The timescale for this project, including landscaping, was 10 months.

The end result is the client’s dream home completed to a high standard of luxurious living specification.
