The client approached us after we were recommended to them by one of our other clients for whom we had recently completed a project.

They had already self-designed the new layout for their home after commissioning an architect.

This refurbishment started with stripping back everything existing to give us a blank canvas. We then moved walls following the client’s plan to create more space for them. We then completed a full refurbishment of the space including new plumbing and electrics, installing under-floor heating throughout, plastering from floor to ceiling, and decorating to a high-quality finish.

We then tied the whole project together by rendering the outside of the home and completing landscaping works.

The timescale for this project was three to five months.

The client is thrilled with their refurbished home that their whole family can now enjoy.

Refurbishment, Macclesfield

The client approached us with a wish to renovate their existing property. No additional space was required, they just wanted to ensure they were using their existing space in the best way.

After discussion with the client, they decided that they would like their garage converted in order to create an extra room that they could use as an annexe.

We undertook a refurbishment on the property including outside block work rendering and a new roof. We also completed some landscaping outside to tie the whole project together.

The timescale for this project was 3 months.

The client was delighted with the refurbishment, especially the annexe which was a great addition to their lovely home.
